What this template helps you manage

TradingView webhook automation workflow

Stage What to verify
1. Strategy or indicator Confirm the TradingView condition that should create the signal.
2. Alert Check alert frequency, symbol, direction and message variables.
3. Webhook JSON Validate the payload structure and required execution parameters.
4. Execution routing Confirm the destination platform, account and symbol mapping.
5. Order execution Test order type, size, SL, TP and trading mode before live use.

How to use the tracker

Create one database entry for each automation setup. A setup can represent a TradingView strategy, an indicator alert, a Pine Script system or any other webhook-driven trading workflow.

Record the source, execution platform, symbol, order type, trading mode, position sizing, risk parameters and current test status. Keep the webhook message and any platform-specific notes with the setup so the full configuration can be reviewed later without rebuilding it from memory.
